Rating issues
This game contains depictions of non-realistic violence towards both human and fantasy characters. When hit, flashes of light are seen as a health bar depletes. Defeated enemies fly into the air and land upside down. They disappear shortly after. No blood or injuries are seen. If the player’s characters lose all of their health, they will be seen with their legs sticking out of the ground, while GAME OVER is shown at the top of the screen.
This game also contains the use of bad language, including ‘bastard’.
Other issues
As the game is set in hell, atmospheric music is heard, and demonic characters are seen often. These may be scary to younger players.
There are references to alcohol, but the player does not interact with these substances.
At the beginning of the game, a scene plays out where a woman is about to be executed by guillotine. The screen cuts to black as a slashing sound is heard. Violence is implied.
Drug references are heard as the protagonist mentions that she was “drugged with sleeping pills”. No depictions are shown of this, it is only referenced verbally.
