This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards fantasy characters. There is a scene in which a character removes their own spine. The initial part of the removal is shown, with visible injuries and blood, although the screen turns black when the spine is actually removed. Squelching and screeching sounds can still be heard. The game also includes strong and realistic-looking violence towards human characters. The player is attacked by enemies using a variety of methods, including using melee weapons or magic. When hit, the player’s character staggers and groans in pain, and blood effects spray out onto nearby surfaces.
