This game contains moderate horror sequences and disturbing images. The game is set in a type of hellish afterlife, with creatures that are stuck there in pain and suffering. The dead bodies of animals and fantasy creatures are frequent, with some gore and blood visible. The game is pixelated, which reduces the realism of the imagery.

This game also contains non-realistic violence towards human and animal characters. The player character is a human woman who fights against a number of animal and fantasy enemies in a turn-based combat. Combat takes place in a small grid and the player is given a deck of cards that they can build up throughout the game. Each character has numbers above their heads to indicate their health. Attacks can be ranged, magic or melee and both enemies and the player character recoil from blows. They briefly flash red and will often screech or yell in pain. On death, the enemies disappear and the player absorbs their spirit. If the player is defeated, they will fall over and respawn. In some cases, the violence towards fantasy creatures can be slightly more realistic, with some enemies exploding on death with a brown liquid substance. Those enemies appear more like plants than the more animalistic fantasy creatures.
