This game has received a PEGI 18 which restricts availability to ADULTS ONLY and is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. This rating has been given because it features graphic violence, violence against vulnerable and defenceless characters, motiveless killing of innocent characters, scenes of sexual activity, and use of strong language.

Rating issues

This game contains frequent depictions of strong violence towards human-like characters. Powerful attacks with both bladed weapons and firearms can cause dismemberment and decapitation, accompanied by strong blood and gore effects. Wounds and other injuries are very detailed, and bodies can be mutilated further after being killed.

The killing of multiple innocent characters can be undertaken at any time where there are such gatherings, although police will quickly attend the scene in order to deal with the player’s character.

It is also possible to inflict further injuries to already incapacitated characters and cause mutilation before they are killed

The game also contains frequent use of strong language (‘cunt’ and ‘fuck’).

The player’s character has the ability to ‘romance’ various characters. Some of these ‘romance’ options lead to depictions of sexual activity, shown from a first person perspective. In some cases, genitals are visible after sex has taken place.

Other issues

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items, in the form of DLC via a link to external storefronts in the base game, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers, or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
