This game contains depictions of violence towards defenceless human-like characters. There are multiple scenes which feature characters who are restrained (either by a straitjacket or by being tied down to a bed) being attacked in various ways. The victims of the violence are either injected with a mystery substance which subdues them, or they are attacked and killed by being thrown around the room and beaten. This game also contains depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters. The most pertinent scene involves a man being repeatedly punched and scratched in the face whilst their attacker kneels above their body. The scene ends when the attacker gouges out the victim’s eyes. This scene is shown from a close-up angle with strong blood effects present. This game also features use of sexual expletives. The word “fuck” can be found in the dialogue.
