This game contains depictions of strong, realistic violence to human characters. When human characters are attacked and pinned by alien creatures, large blood effects can be seen erupting from the character. This game also features depictions of graphic violence to fantasy characters. When shooting and killing xenomorphs, green acidic blood can be seen spraying out onto nearby surfaces which harms the player. As for the synths, they bleed a bright white blood-like liquid which again spreads onto the environment. Upon repeated headshots these characters can be decapitated, which shows the bright blood erupting from their neck.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

Human and synthetic corpses can be seen frequently in the environment, with some human corpses being found with exposed chest cavities due to having birthed a xenomorph through their chest. Blood can be seen spread across the corpse.
