This is a new instalment of the Kirby franchise, a 2D platform/action game. This time, mysterious black hearts seem to have taken hold of some of the Kirby universe’s inhabitants like King Dedede and the Meta Knight. Kirby has to save the world once again. This time however, together with up to 3 friends, all of them with special abilities. Combine them to get even better attacks and abilities.

The game contains unrealistic violence against fantasy creatures. Enemies will vanish in a puff after defeating them. The game also contains non-realistic violence in child friendly setting. The game is very colourful, often accompanies by cheerful music and cute characters.
