Agony is a first-person, survival horror set in hell. You will begin your journey as a tormented soul within the depths of hell without any memories about your past. The special ability to control people on your path, and possess demons, gives you the measures to survive.

Rating issues

The game contains some strong, graphic violence. The player can dismember human characters and remove their internal organs. Heavy blood effects are used frequently throughout the game. There is also a scene in which a human character is tied to a burning wooden cross.
This game also contains use of the words “Cunt” and “Fuck”.

Other issues

This game contains frequent scenes of sexual intercourse. These scenes feature no visible penetration or genitalia, though there are some non-sexual scenes in the game that contain visible male and female genitals.
