This game contains depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters. In one scene a woman is laid out on an operating table whilst awake, and is then repeatedly hacked into by the depraved doctor whilst she screams in pain. Another scene shows a man being pinned up against a wall while a large drill is impaled through his torso. Strong blood is present throughout both of these scenes. This game also contains depictions of violence towards vulnerable human characters. There are characters in this game called “Little Sisters” which are young girls that follow around the “Big Daddies”. In one section of the game the Little Sisters work alongside you, they are able to be killed by enemies and their bodies will remain on the floor after they have been defeated. This game features use of sexual expletives, the word “fuck” can be found in the dialogue. This game also contains moving images that encourage/teach the use of games of chance. In one sections you enter a casino-like room where slot machines line the walls. If you approach a slot machine it gives you the option to bet 10 coins on the game, and depending on where the slots land you will either win more money or win nothing.
