Rating issues

Violence is very mild and consists of the player and enemies flashing when hit and disappearing when defeated. There are no graphic details to attacks or injuries.
There is a scene in which you enter a room with a guillotine, you can see a head in the restraint and after inputting the right code, the blade falls, and the head is shown on the ground in a bloody puddle. While the majority of the violence in this scene is obscured from view, the outcome may be horrific or disturbing to younger players.
Additionally, there are scenes of demonic creatures with body parts that appear to be genitalia, engaged in what could be viewed as sexual acts.
