Those Who Remain is a horror adventure game in which you play as Edward, a troubled husband who blames himself for the recent loss of his daughter. A demon has placed a curse on the town of Dormont due to its inhabitants covering up the death of Annika. Edward is forced to decide the fate of each person who played a role in Annika’s death.

Rating issues

Strong violence consists of a scene where a man is sat in the driver’s seat of a police car. You drop a lit match into a puddle of fuel on the ground, engulfing both the car and man in flames. He screams realistically, and his arms move a little, but the flames obscure all graphic details.
Sexual expletives are rarely used but include the word ‘fuck’. The game also includes the use of the word ‘asshole’ and frequent use of the word ‘shit’.
