This game features graphic violence throughout, including shootings, stabbings, stomping on heads and use of chainsaws. Although the visual style is quite pixelated, there is copious sight of blood and strong depictions of injuries, including guts and brain matter, in the aftermath of violence. There are sequences featuring the killing of multiple defenceless characters, as well as a sequence in which a female character is knocked into a pool of her own blood before the attacker climbs on top of her and lowers his trousers as she struggles. This is later revealed to be part of an in-game movie scene.

The game also features use of strong language (‘fuck’).
