This game features frequent depictions of non-realistic violence towards non-human fantasy characters. Characters flash when hit and disappear in a puff of smoke when defeated.

Other issues

While some of the backgrounds feature mildly scary elements, such as gravestones, and some of the enemies take the form of skulls, the undetailed and pixelated style means they are not particularly frightening.
