This rating has been given because it features violence against vulnerable and defenceless characters, motiveless killing of innocent characters, and use of strong language.
Updated version of the open-world action adventure game, originally released in 2001, in which a man embarks on a quest for revenge after being betrayed and left for dead during a robbery.

Rating issues

This game features frequent strong violence, including the ability to attack and kill innocent, vulnerable and defenceless characters using vehicles and a wide variety of weapons. There is sight of blood when characters are attacked.

There is also use of strong language (‘fuck’).

Other issues

There are references to sexual activity, including prostitution.
