Rating issues

This game features realistic violence, involving human and fantasy characters. Characters can be knocked backwards and stunned by attacks, with large blood effects being used. When defeated, characters fall to the ground where their bodies remain.

There is a scene in which a monster with multiple arms severs an arm with an axe.
