Rating issues
Gameplay violence generally consists of fast-paced battle sequences in which human and fantasy characters use both weapons and magic. Damage is shown using numbers and there are bright flashing effects when characters are hit. However, there are no realistic physical reactions, blood or injuries. Cinematic scenes include sight of a small fantastical creature being backhanded across the face, sending it crashing to the ground, and sight of a woman being dragged away by armed guards. There is also implied violence, including a woman apparently being run through with a sword, although the impact and blood are not shown.
The game also includes use of bad language, including ‘shit’ and ‘bastard’.
Other issues
This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items such as cosmetics, skins, and supporter packs through a link to 1st party storefronts in the main menu, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers, or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
