This game features scenes of strong violence, including characters being shot, repeatedly stabbed, and knocked down and briefly strangled.

There are depictions throughout the game of blood, gore and dismembered human and animal corpses. Some monstrous characters decapitate themselves.

Other issues

The overall theme of the game is dark and disturbing. It also includes infrequent use of bad language, including ‘bastard’ and ‘bitch’.
