Narrative-driven adventure game in which players follow a young boy who encounters a fawn after running away from home. As the deer grows up throughout the game, gameplay evolves and alternates between platforming, physical puzzles, stealth and chasing sequences.

Rating issues

This game features depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards human-like and animal-like characters. The young boy which players control can die in a variety of ways, such as falling from high places, objects falling on him, becoming infected with dark matter etc. When impacted, the boy will ragdoll to the floor which is typically accompanied with a pained grunt; players will then respawn back to their last saved checkpoint after the screen fades to black.

Other issues

The game features a variety of stealth sequences where the boy can be caught by a variety of pursuers, which may be frightening to younger children. The most frightening sequence is when the player must stay hidden from a large fantastical boar.
