This game contains depictions of very mild violence in a child-like, pixelated or abstract setting. Some of the treatments in the hospital involve cardboard characters being ‘shredded’ to return them to their human forms and characters without facial features having those features ‘stamped’ onto them by a giant stamp. All treatments, as well as deaths and diseases, are depicted in a comical, slapstick manner.
