This game features the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘bastard’, ‘bitch’ and ‘shit’.

Gory images are present throughout gameplay, with images of disembodied organs and fantasy creatures with exposed brains and other tissues, often depicted with instruments protruding from them. There are also frequent depictions of dead, humanoid creatures, which some players may find distressing.
