This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards both human and fantasy characters. As the player traverses the environment, they will need to attack large arachnid-type creatures. When hit, green blood sprays on impact and meaty chunks break off the creatures. When killed, creatures drop to the ground and their bodies remain. The player can also shoot or throw grenades at human characters. Humans groan in pain on impact and will often explode in large sprays of blood and meaty chunks.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘piss’, ‘bitch’ and ‘shit’.
