This game features depictions of graphic violence towards human characters. Throughout the game players can witness humans being impaled on spikes in the environment, both in cutscenes, and gameplay. Blood effects can be seen pouring out from the characters as they hang from the spike. The player can also impale humans in finishing moves during combat, showing them thrusting their sword into the victim as they fall to their knees, bleeding from their chest.

This also features the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.
