Third-person shooter game set in a shared MMO open-world. Players create and control their own agents of The Division, a sleeper agent program activated by the United States after an epidemic of a smallpox virus sweeps the nation and descends the US into chaos.

Rating issues

This game contains depictions of violence against vulnerable and defenceless characters. Throughout various areas in the game the player can find criminal factions with civilian hostages. The enemies threaten to kill the civilians, and if the player does not save them in time, they are shown executing them using firearms.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

Other issues

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items in the form of in-game currencies used for cosmetics, loot boxes and a battle pass which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Some of these items may be randomised in nature. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
