Rating issues

This game contains depictions of strong, realistic-looking violence towards human characters. During one scene in the game, a human boy is murdered by a spirit that slowly snaps his neck.

Intense, horror sequences are found throughout the game with images of bloodied, mutilated body parts and multiple scenes where the player is chased by ghastly, hostile demons.

Other issues

This game also contains the use of bad language, including ‘bitch’.

There are also references to alcohol, prostitution, sexual assault, child abuse, and animal abuse, but no depictions of such are shown, as they appear in the descriptions of each of the ghostly enemies and how they met their demise.
