Monster Hunter Stories 3 is a turn-based role-playing game set two centuries after a conflict that divided neighbouring kingdoms of Canalta and Vermeilia. Players take on the role of the prince/princess of Canalta as they become a monster rider, discover the mystery of the crystalized monsters, and discover who or what is behind the attack on Vermeilia by a large mysterious monster named Aenshin.

This game contains depictions of realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters. Cinematics contain violent scenes of monsters being shot with giant spears, fighting in mid-air, and biting each other, as their riders are thrown around and caught in fire and ice attacks. Blood and wound details are not depicted but pained reactions are shown.

This game also contains the use of bad language, including ‘piss’.
