This game features intense and sustained horror sequences and some gory imagery. The atmosphere of the game has a strong sense of dread and despair, with constant subliminal flashbacks detailing the horrors that took place in the location that the game is set in. Some of the imagery includes twins who were hung by their necks and other depictions of corpses. The player is also stalked by evil spirits in various locations in the game. One cutscene also shows a character covered in blood who has been bound and hung by ropes as part of a sacrifice.

This game also features depictions of strong, realistic violence to human characters. Cutscenes depict a character strangling another character from behind. The victim is heard choking as they are strangled, before their body goes lifeless.
