Dark-fantasy sci-fi first person shooter that delivers strong combat and visuals of the original DOOM franchise. Set in a medieval fictional realm, the player sets out to help defend humanity against the demonic forces that have been summoned by cultists.

Rating issues

This game depicts graphic violence toward human-like characters. Enemies can be shot and/or struck using melee attacks, with heavy blood effects shown on the impact of hits. Players can also decapitate and dismember enemies in execution-style finishers.

Other issues

Strong, gory images can be found in the game environments. Corpses are found everywhere in the environments, including skeletons and human bodies hung, flayed and tortured. Blood is also shown in some locations.
