Beat-em-up game in which players control a team of Marvel heroes to fight the Annihilation Wave led by Annihilus, loosely based on the 2006 Annihilation comic event. Featuring a 15-character roster with both cosmic and Earth-based heroes, the game utilizes a “Cosmic Swap” tag-team system for strategic combat, allowing players to switch between heroes to perform special moves and combos.

This game contains depictions of non-realistic violence towards both human and fantasy characters. During combat, if characters are hit, flashes of light are seen accompanied by number damage. Enemies fly backwards and land on the ground. When defeated, enemies disappear completely. No blood or injuries are seen.
