This game contains depictions of arcade style violence showing blood and gore. Each mission features brightly coloured plushie-like fantasy characters that must be killed in order to progress to the next level. Upon shooting an enemy, they will either become covered in blood or explode into pieces of flesh and gore, with blood splashing onto nearby surfaces.
