First person survival horror in which players take on the role of Noah, a desperate man trapped aboard a subaquatic station inhabited by an ancient evil, as he fights to rescue his sick daughter and return to the surface.

Rating issues

This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards both human and fantasy characters, with characters being decapitated and dismembered during combat against the player, or during encounters with other hostile creatures. Blood and gore effects are shown.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’ and its derivatives. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘asshole’, ‘bastard’, ‘bitch’ and ‘shit’.

Other issues

The game also contains references to suicide, but no depictions thereof.

There are frequent scenes of dead bodies, both human and animal, some of which are in a mutilated state.
