Rating issues

The game includes depictions of strong violence, inflicted using a variety of weapons including handheld firearms and grenades. Responses to violence are realistic and blood effects are used, although there is no gore. One cinematic shows a captured soldier on their knees. They are not bound or restrained in any way, and crawl around briefly before being executed. This is shown from a distance, with no graphic wound details shown.

There is also the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’ and its derivatives. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘asshole’, ‘bastard’ and ‘bitch’.

Other issues

One cinematic also shows the player severing the thumb of a corpse. No gore is depicted and no wound detail is shown.

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items in the form of Battle Field Coins (BFC), an in-game currency which can then be used to purchase further in-game items, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers, or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
