This game contains sustained horror sequences and gore throughout. The game is a 2D point-and-click with disturbing imagery and themes. For example, there is a scene where the player can put their finger in a rat trap, which causes an image to appear of a severed finger on the floor next to the bloodied rat trap. The image itself is not extremely gory due to the pixelated style, but the dialogue and themes around this is disturbing. Many characters and sceneries are portrayed in a creepy uncanny way. Text repeatedly refers to death and other eerie themes.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘shit’ and ‘bastard’.
