Live-action interactive horror game in which players take on the role of Cole, a surgeon aboard an underwater facility, stuck in a time loop, trying to stop an alien parasite that’s feeding on the crew. In each scene players must make decisions which could kill or save everyone.

Rating issues

This game contains live action scenes of graphic violence towards humans, including dismemberment, featuring detailed blood and gore effects. Violence usually involves the alien parasite, which bursts its way out of a body, bites open throats and rips people apart, with copious amounts of blood and gore shown. There are also scenes of the crew slitting each other’s throats or blowing their heads off at close range, again with blood and gore depicted.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’ and its derivatives. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘bastard’, ‘bitch’ and ‘shit’.

Other issues

This game also contains strong gory images with frequent scenes of mutilated corpses with visible blood, bone, and flesh details, and scenes of a human corpse having their eyeballs cut out.
