Second installment in the horror survival series. Players take on the role of the returning protagonist Caroline, in a mission to save her sister after she was abducted by a religious cult ran by a dark Nun who wishes to release an ancient evil from its prison.

Rating issues

This game contains depictions of graphic violence to human-like characters. In one scene the player must use a dagger to kill a character during a battle. The character becomes stunned, giving the player time to interact with them, showing a close up of the dagger being stabbed into the eye of the character. Another scene shows a character being impaled on a wall of sharp spikes.

This game also features the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

Other issues

This game features strong gory images and a sustained horror sequences. In many areas of the game the player can find corpses who have often died as a result of brutal acts of violence or torture. Most sections of the game feature suspenseful and intense horror-themed music that give an unsettling feel, or to accompany chase sequences where the player must run from or kill enemies chasing them.
