This game contains depictions of erotic partial nudity. In the story mode, there are still images showing a male character undressing in front of others. Although only his buttocks are shown, and nothing directly sexual occurs, the character makes some suggestive comments while he undresses, while the onlookers look embarrassed.

The game also features arcade-style violence in which players move left and right to attack, throwing punches and kicks at each other with non-realistic impact effects. Characters react to each blow by recoiling and grunting, with some attacks showing blood. Some characters are children, who may fight against adult characters, although the ‘children’ possess special powers meaning the violence against them is less realistic. The story mode features some stronger bloody images, in the form of still anime images. For example, there is sight of a man whose limbs have been severed.
