Graphic violence is found throughout this game; the player has the ability to shoot the killers in the head, seemingly causing meaty chunks to fly off. Copious blood effects are shown throughout. This game also contains depictions of sexual violence; characters in the game are seen to be sexually assaulted with partial nudity, but no genitalia are depicted. There are also depictions of violence towards defenceless human characters. A young woman is seen held at knifepoint, and her throat will be cut if the player does not intervene.
