Narrative-driven role-playing game which tells the story of a young soldier sent out into the world on their first mission. Players take on the role of Rourke and his team, who realise “The Core” is not everything they were raised to believe.

Rating issues

This game contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘bastards’, ‘bullshit’, ‘piss’ and ‘mierda’.

Other issues

The game also includes violence in the form of first-person view sniping scenes and turn-based battles. One such sniping scene has the player shooting at enemy soldiers who have been ordered to kill a crowd of unarmed civilian protestors. While players never see the soldiers shooting at the protestors, a number of deceased and injured civilians are shown in the aftermath. Some players may find this distressing.
