This game features depictions of graphic violence and horrific death scenes of humans and fantasy characters being mutilated, dismembered, sacrificed, or fatally injured, with graphic wound details, gore, and blood effects shown.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’.

Other issues

At one point in the game, the player hallucinates a blood-stained chapel in which a bearded man appears, being crucified on a cross while wearing a loin cloth and crown of thorns, with visible bleeding cuts all over their body. The antagonists of the game are simultaneously worshipping/sacrificing this person in a distorted view of religious iconography based on the victim’s memories.

Strong, gory images are seen throughout the game.

There are references to drugs and suicide, although no depictions of either are shown.
