This game contains depictions of motiveless killing of multiple innocent human characters. Players can shoot at innocent NPCs as they walk down the street. When hit, blood is seen spraying from their bodies, and they are audibly heard yelling in pain. When killed, these characters fall to the ground. Violence in the game is sustained and is realistic to both human and fantasy characters. When human characters are shot or attacked, blood detail is seen as the character yells in pain. If the player dies, the screen turns grey before restarting at the last checkpoint. When robots are hit, they jerk backwards, and sparks are seen coming from the impact. The robot then falls to the ground. At times, if the player gets a headshot on a robot, the robot’s head is removed from its body. The robot still continues to shoot at the player even though it no longer has a head. There are scenes within the game in which characters take their own lives; however, this is only ever implied.

This game also contains the use of strong language, including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also present, including ‘shit’, ‘bitch’, ‘bastard’ and ‘asshole’.
